The Union County Fair Association would like to invite you to attend this year’s festivities by being one of our Commercial Vendors!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

 

  • Registration Fee:                     $100 for inside 10’x10’ space, $200 for outside 20’x20’ (Bigger spaces inside and outside available) Call for more information

    Booth Space:                            10’ x 10’ with 110 outlets provided (Inside), Outside 20’x20’

    Booth judging will be between 1pm and 5pm!!!

    There will be five (5) gate passes given to each vendor.  These passes will be good for everyday of the fair.  You will also be given one (1) vehicle pass to enter the loading/unloading area during the week of the fair.  You will be able to begin set-up starting Monday, September 18th at 8am.  If you need to set-up during the weekend previous, you need to make an appointment to do so.  All booths will need to completely set up by 1pm on Tuesday, September 19th.  This year booths can be picked out as registration forms are received and paid.  So, if you have had a booth in the past, we are glad you are back, but cannot guarantee your same spot.  This is due to last minute no shows, cancellations that leave empty spots.   Every spot is prime restate if all the booths are full and actively being worked!  That is our goal.  

     

    We will have a contest for “Cutest/Most Attractive Booth.”  The prize will be $100!  It is also possible that between now and then we come up with other contest so make sure that you do your best to make your booth stand out!  

     

    ALL ITEMS IN THE BOOTH AREA MUST BE ACCEPTABLE TO THE UNION COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION.  IF ANY ITEMS THAT ARE BEING DISPLAYED OR SOLD ARE THOUGHT TO BE INAPPROPRIATE FOR ANY REASON YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PUT IT AWAY IMMEDIATELY.  IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION.

    Entry in the exhibit constitutes an automatic waiver of any claim for damages, loss against the sponsor, any employee, volunteer, or representative thereof.  Both parties agree that in the event of rain or other circumstances beyond the control of man, a refund will not be given.

  • Tear Down:                              Any time after 9pm on Fri., Sept. 21st, between 8am-10am Sat, Sept 22 or Between 8 am – 5 pm Monday Sept. 24.
